Free Google Sheets Travel Itinerary Template

Copy an editable itinerary into Google Sheets, keep activities in columns and share your own spreadsheet with travel companions.

How to use this template

1. Open a route and adjust its days and activities.
2. Choose Google Sheets in the download bar to copy the table.
3. Open a blank spreadsheet, select A1 and paste. If clipboard access fails, download CSV and import it through File → Import.
4. Freeze the header row and use the spreadsheet’s sharing controls to invite your companions.

This exports a snapshot by copy and paste; it does not connect to your Google account or sync later edits. Addresses, notes and map links stay in separate columns.
