How our routes are prepared
Source-backed templates link to official tourism organisations or community travel guides. We select stops and suggest their order and timing. A source supports the place information; it does not mean that the source endorses our exact schedule. Older templates without source banners have not received the same source review.
What the planning notes mean
Our route advice explains planning choices, possible trade-offs and ways to slow down. It is editorial guidance, not a claim that we have personally visited every destination. Times, transfer allowances and map pins can be estimates. Verify current opening hours, access, reservations and prices with the venue or transport operator.
Updates and corrections
A planning-notes update date records a substantive edit to those notes. It is separate from a source research date and does not certify that every price or venue detail was rechecked. We retain original source and image licence credits on route pages.

AI and traveller contributions
AI can help customise a route, but its suggestions need checking before you book. Traveller stories reflect their authors’ experiences. Summaries of external articles link to the original publisher; they are not presented as our own travel experiences.
